The re-engineered T1 Slim subwoofer series delivers next-level reliability and tactile bass performance, offering improved responsiveness and exceptional thermal management. Available in both sealed and ported options, these subwoofers are designed for the tightest installations, while still providing all the bass you demand. Sold individually (1 each).
Sound of Surround – Utilizing Nano Cell Direct injection and a bonded co-molded surround, the T1 series subwoofers ensures maximum reliability and high efficiency low end bass extension.
VCCF (Voice Coil Composite Former) – The voice coil is the heart of any speaker, and ours is crafted from a specialized composite material rigorously tested to withstand extreme heat and low thermal conditions, ensuring no-quit power and minimal motor distortion.
Dual Spiders – The voice coil carrier features a asymmetric aligned 2-spider design to deliver enhanced bass response. Each spider works together to handle a range of low-end notes, ensuring you never miss any bass hits in your music.
Perfect Fit – Available in multiple options, including sealed and ported options, these subwoofers make it easy to find the perfect fit for any installation, no matter the space.

Overview
MAX BASS, SLIM SPACE
This Gen-2 version of Rockford Fosgate’s "T1 Slim" subwoofer is designed to deliver big bass in a compact, shallow design. It’s been re-engineered with more mass to fit in smaller enclosures and includes upgrades like a new surround and better heat management. The “S” sealed version is designed for smaller sealed enclosures and work best in closed environments (truck cab).
The voice coil now uses pure copper wire for better conductivity, paired with a new composite former to dissipate heat and reduce distortion. Additionally, an aluminum spider spacer improves cooling. The suspension utilizes a new polymer surround, made using an advanced NCDI (Nano Cell Direct Injection) process to enhance efficiency and durability without risking dry-rot.
