Product Validation Manager

Job Title: Product Validation Manager Job Location: Tempe, AZ (100% Onsite)

We are seeking an experienced Product Validation Manager to lead global product validation, certification, and test strategy across Aftermarket and OE programs. This role drives validation execution through a disciplined-aligned model by working with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure complete, accurate, and audit-ready DVP&R coverage aligned to DFMEA inputs. The role is accountable for coordinating all internal and external validation activities, managing ATE and global compliance teams, and serving as the primary interface to OEM customers for all validation-related engagements. This role reports to Sr Director of Quality.
