This is a highly visible role responsible for owning and maintaining our digital presence across Rockford Fosgate websites. This role reports directly to the Creative Director and works closely with Creative, Marketing, Product, IT, and external partners to ensure our websites are visually strong, easy to use, high performing, and ADA compliant at all times.

Director of Marketing

The Director of Marketing is responsible for leading the strategy, planning, execution, and measurement of Rockford Fosgate’s marketing initiatives across all brands, product categories, channels, and customer segments. This role drives product launch execution, dealer and distributor marketing support, digital marketing, customer engagement, content strategy, events, public relations, demand generation, marketing operations, and cross-functional alignment.

ATE Software Test Engineer

We are seeking an ATE Software Test Engineer to own development, deployment, and continuous improvement of automated End-of-Line (EOL) test software for audio amplifiers and electronic systems. This role is responsible for implementing test sequences, maintaining version-controlled test environments, integrating instrumentation and third-party systems, and enabling data-driven quality monitoring across global manufacturing sites.

This role operates within the Quality organization and is distinct from product validation engineering, focusing specifically on production EOL test readiness, execution, and sustainment.

You will work closely with New Product Development and other engineering teams to define system-level requirements and to tune and optimize the audio performance of class-leading audio systems. This role reports to the Manager of Acoustic Engineering.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Senior Mobile Developer/Engineer. This individual will be an integral part of the advanced engineering team and will work with the latest technologies to create first-class mobile user experiences for our consumer and OEM audio products. This role will have a high sense of ownership in the product since it will involve many aspects of design and validation from inception through launch. This position will interact with multiple groups within the organization including engineering, new product development, marketing and technical support as well as interface with OEM customers.

This position provides leadership and guidance to logistics and warehouse team members, establishes operational priorities, develops department objectives, and exercises independent judgment in managing transportation, distribution, inventory flow, and customer service performance.
