If you are a USA consumer and your product is still within the factory warranty period, get the warranty process started by submitting a claim below.
Consumers outside the USA must contact their Rockford Fosgate dealer.
- Original PROOF OF PURCHASE (Invoice or Receipt).
- Proof of purchase must contain DEALER NAME, SALE DATE, and PRODUCT MODEL NUMBER.
- Proof of purchase must be from an authorized Rockford Fosgate dealer. 3rd party eBay sellers do not qualify.
- Speakers are replaced in pairs. Please provide both serial numbers when submitting claim.
- All electronics will need to be shipped to Rockford. Consumer is responsible for shipping costs.
