Consumers in the U.S.A. that have a product requiring service that's still within the factory warranty period? Get the process started by submitting a warranty claim below. Consumers outside the USA must contact their Rockford Fosgate Dealer.
1. Original Proof of Purchase (invoice or receipt) MUST be attached.
2. Proof of Purchase must contain Dealer Name & Sale Date.
3. Proof of Purchase must be from a Dealer (3rd party sellers on eBay do not qualify.)
4. If submitting multiple Serial Numbers, please list ALL in the "Product Issue" field.
