Customers in the USA owning product within the factory warranty period can start the warranty process below by submitting a claim. Consumers outside the USA must contact their Rockford Fosgate dealer.
• Original PROOF OF PURCHASE (Invoice or Receipt).
• Proof of purchase must contain DEALER NAME, SALE DATE & PRODUCT MODEL NUMBER.
• Receipt must be from Authorized Rockford Fosgate Dealer. 3rd party sellers do not qualify.
• Speakers are replaced in pairs. Please provide both serial numbers when submitting claim.
• All electronics will need to be shipped to Rockford. Consumer is responsible for shipping costs.
• Only prepare to ship the item to be repaired. DO NOT include any RCA's, harnesses, etc.
• Please wait for additional instructions before shipping your product.
