Overview

The RFX9900DM features a capacitive touch control panel with 7-line dot matrix display. The FM/AM tuner is SiriusXM ready and features USB/SD audio/video playback with CD/DVD control, Punch EQ and HDMI output. Technology features include Bluetooth audio streaming and dual zone/multi-source. Supports front/rear IR inputs, variable outputs, and up to two wired remote controls.

You must obtain an RA# (Return Authorization number) to return any product to Rockford Fosgate. You are responsible for shipment of product to Rockford.

Prior to requesting an RA, try to diagnose the failure. Many products we receive are sent back with No Trouble Found, usually due to incorrect installation. Use our Knowledge Base for troubleshooting assistance.

  • Failure Diagnosis (no output, no power LED, etc.)
  • Scanned copy of Original Receipt emailed to [email protected] (dealer name, purchase date, and item purchased must be legible)
  • Credit/Debit Card (if paying for out-of-warranty claims)
  • No money orders or checks.
