This 1980 design is a throw-back to the vintage days of Rockford Fosgate. Inspired by old-school tattoos, our graphic designer Matt wanted this printed on a midnight black shirt to look your best.

Front: Seriously? This shirt design is too awesome for a stinkin' graphic on the front.

Rear: Features script "Rockford Fosgate" with a "Diamond R" and "Since 1980" lettering. All white print has a thin black stroke and dark gray drop shadow.

Return Authorization

Contact the Authorized Rockford Fosgate Dealer you purchased this product from. If you need further assistance, call 1-800-669-9899 for Rockford Customer Service. You must obtain an RA# (Return Authorization number) to return any product to Rockford Fosgate. You are responsible for shipment of product to Rockford.

Diagnose First

Prior to requesting an RA, try to diagnose the failure. Many products we receive are sent back with No Trouble Found, usually due to incorrect installation. Use our Knowledge Base for troubleshooting assistance.



Contact Customer Support

Please call us during normal business hours at 1-800-669-9899 (option #1) and be prepared with the following information:

  • First and Last Name with complete Shipping Address
  • Product Name (T0D415)
  • Serial Number (12 or 13 digit number)
  • Failure Diagnosis (no output, no power LED, etc.)
  • Scanned copy of Original Receipt emailed to [email protected] (dealer name, purchase date, and item purchased must be legible)
  • Credit/Debit Card (if paying for out-of-warranty claims)
  • No money orders or checks.

When shipping your product, your package MUST have the following information:

  • RA# Printed Outside of Box (as large as possible)
  • Copy of Original Receipt
