Rear channel low-level RCA to 4-pin input replacement harness. Can also be used as a high-level input harness by cutting off the RCA input jacks. For use with select compact PUNCH and POWER series amplifiers

Contact the Authorized Rockford Fosgate Dealer you purchased this product from. If you need further assistance, call 1-800-669-9899 for Rockford Customer Service. You must obtain an RA# (Return Authorization number) to return any product to Rockford Fosgate. You are responsible for shipment of product to Rockford.

Please call us during normal business hours at 1-800-669-9899 (option #1) and be prepared with the following information:

  • First and Last Name with complete Shipping Address
  • Product Name (T0D415)
  • Serial Number (12 or 13 digit number)
  • Failure Diagnosis (no output, no power LED, etc.)
  • Scanned copy of Original Receipt emailed to [email protected] (dealer name, purchase date, and item purchased must be legible)
  • Credit/Debit Card (if paying for out-of-warranty claims)
  • No money orders or checks.
