The new 3rd generation single amplifier installation kit features a Color Optix™ Ready wiring harness with 4-gauge power and ground cables with an M5-1500X5 compatible amplifier bracket for select Maverick X3 models. Designed for 2-seat and 4-seat MAX models. Bracket fits underneath dash and attaches to factory steel cage. No cutting or drilling required. Contact the Authorized Rockford Fosgate Dealer you purchased this product from. If you need further assistance, call 1-800-669-9899 for Rockford Customer Service. You must obtain an RA# (Return Authorization number) to return any product to Rockford Fosgate. You are responsible for shipment of product to Rockford.

Diagnose First

Prior to requesting an RA, try to diagnose the failure. Many products we receive are sent back with No Trouble Found, usually due to incorrect installation. Use our Knowledge Base for troubleshooting assistance.



Contact Customer Support

Please call us during normal business hours at 1-800-669-9899 (option #1) and be prepared with the following information:

  • First and Last Name with complete Shipping Address
  • Product Name (T0D415)
  • Serial Number (12 or 13 digit number)
  • Failure Diagnosis (no output, no power LED, etc.)
  • Scanned copy of Original Receipt emailed to [email protected] (dealer name, purchase date, and item purchased must be legible)
  • Credit/Debit Card (if paying for out-of-warranty claims)
  • No money orders or checks.
