Rockford Fosgate Makes Noise Throughout The U.S. With High-Performance Mobile SoundLab Demo Vehicles

Rockford Fosgate, the industry leader in high-performance car audio systems, is making stops throughout the U.S. so audio enthusiasts can experience the ultimate sound system with one of the Rockford Fosgate SoundLab demo vehicles. The mobile SoundLab demonstrates the audio experience that consumers can add to their own vehicle using Rockford Fosgate’s line of premium car audio equipment.  In the first six months of 2011, the demonstration vehicles have hit 23 states. The street teams will be heading to California, Colorado, Texas, Virginia, New York and Michigan in July. Finally, they will spend the week of Aug. 7, in Sturgis, S.D., for the annual motorcycle rally.

Based on a long wheelbase Mercedes Benz Sprinter chassis, SoundLab has both a 10,000 watt audio carnival ride, appropriately called THE PRESSURE CHAMBER as well as the SOUNDLAB, an interactive in-car demonstration. The SoundLab gives participants the opportunity to experience Rockford high-performance components in their own vehicle.

“Our street teams have been hitting the pavement 24/7 to share the SoundLab experience,” noted Theresa Hephner, senior director of product development and marketing. “People all over the United States have had the opportunity to take a ride in the pressure chamber and to test out which Rockford products fit their listening taste.”
