Rockford Fosgate Joins Amsoil Chaparral Honda as Official Audio Sponsor of the 2005 Supercross and Motorcross Seasons

Tempe, AZ- Rockford Fosgate entered into the Supercross (SX)/Motocross (MX) arena through a marketing partnership with the Amsoil Chaparral Honda Supercross and Motocross team. As its newest sponsor to the race team, Rockford Fosgate joins team sponsors Amsoil, Chaparral Motorsports, Honda, Napster and Factory Connection. "Like our existing successful partnerships in aggressive motor sports, such as Drifting, we see Supercross as yet another avenue where our consumer’s lifestyles cross. Rockford Fosgate and Amsoil Chaparral Honda Team riders, Mike LaRocco, Billy Laninovich, Josh Grant, Joaquim Rodrigues and Tommy Hahn bring with them the skills and attitude that embody the Rockford Fosgate brand," commented Director of Marketing, Chris Parvin. “We are excited to have the leader in the car audio industry join our race program. Other benefits of the sponsorship include a custom design of the team’s Honda Element, which will be equipped with a state of the art Rockford Fosgate audio system. The Element will be on display at every race on the circuit and will allow Rockford Fosgate dealers and consumers to experience first hand the quality of the Rockford Fosgate brand. Rockford Fosgate will also receive branding on Mike LaRocco’s helmet and race hauler as well as the 125 teams race hauler and each of the riders helmets.
