APP revisions:
1) Intermittent start up logo missing issue.
2) Revise BT pairing pop up message.

MCU revisions:
1) Set Subwoofer Phase Default to “In Phase” rather than “Out of Phase.”  (need further running change after factory reset default "PHASE IN")
2) Fix SiriusXM radio output is low.
3) SW compatible for both amplifier ICs: TDF8534HH/N3Y and TDF8532HH/N3Y. MCU version has minor code to recognize HW difference.
4) AM/FM/WB output is less than USB source.
