The inverted dome tweeter incorporates an edge-driven voice coil, engineered for high-performance audio systems. The dome enhances clarity and precision in high frequencies, while the coil ensures superior power handling and broader sound dispersion. Together, they deliver an immersive high-frequency response ideal for a wide range of installation applications.
The 9mm polypropylene piezo super-tweeter eliminates the need for a conventional spider by utilizing magnetic ferrofluid in the voice coil gap. This fluid adheres to the coil, maintaining precise centering and stability during operation. Additionally, it acts as a thermal conductor, efficiently dissipating heat when the tweeter is driven at high output levels.
