| I've been using for 2 yrs now, all of a sudden when I try to connect using software off of palm tungsten E2, It says I need to use 3sixty.1 software. It won't connect. I reset palm re installed software nothing. My 3sixty.2 thinks it's a .1. What happened? |

| They give my a RA #, I guess I'll just send it in to see. I'm in the process of re doing my system, now I can't get stuff completely installed until I get it back. That sucks. |

Yes they are, I sent my 3sixty.2 in last week and got it back this week! As in they received it on Friday and I got it back on Wednesday! |

| I got it back the other day, hooked it up and have a high pitched noise coming through speakers. It did this before I sent it off, didn't do this when the 3sixty wasn't in there. Levels are set correctly, gains on amp set very low. What else could cause this? |
